This clause is a formal addendum between Candela Photographic Arts, previously known as Candela Books + Gallery, and the participating artist specified in the below form, on the date specified below, overriding all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. Additions or alterations to this agreement may only be made in writing, with all parties signing.

This addendum clarifies that, though the status of “Candela Gallery/Candela Books + Gallery” has changed to a 501c3 organization, and has changed its name to “Candela Photographic Arts,” all existing terms remain unchanged, including a standard 50/50 split for the sale of artworks in the exhibition, excluding artist books (60/40). This split extends to the acquisition of works for the Candela Collection. The artist will retain their 50% (or 60%) cut for any Collection acquisitions.
