RENTING OUR SPACE:
PRIVATE, CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY EVENTS AT CANDELA PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS
Help support our programming by renting the space for your private events! All money from rentals pays our event support staff and funds our operations as a non-profit organization.
Candela’s gallery spaces are a great off-site location for a meeting, book signing, company holiday gathering, celebration, or other special event.
A rental includes:
Use of two main galleries
Kitchenette area (no stove) and 2 restrooms
Use of available tables and chairs - four 6’ rectangular banquet tables, and four 5’ round banquet tables and 50 chairs, if needed
Assistance hiring a security officer, if needed
Gallery attendant on site for the duration of the event
Information on artwork in gallery
Use of Candela projector, if needed
30 minutes before and after for setup/breakdown (please note if additional time is needed)
FEES
Candela’s base rate is $300 an hour during gallery after-hour events. This base rate may increase due to the specific size and demand of an event. Non-profits receive a 30% discount. Private events during the galleries open hours can close the gallery for an additional fee.
