Manifest/Destiny is an excerpt from a series examining my relationship to America at 250 years. The work starts with a photograph on 35mm film which is then printed in both it’s raw negative and it’s converted positive. The positive is then burned and the images are layered.
Tobias Shaw has worked professionally as a photographer, in NYC and DC, for over a decade in the events industry. When not shooting for clients, Tobias’ focus is on portraiture, fine art, and conceptual work. In DC his work has been shown at HOMME Gallery, Dupont Underground, and University of the District of Columbia. He recently produced his first publication, “36 Polaroids”, a limited edition imperfectly handmade collection of images from 2025. Over the last 5 years, he has spent countless hours walking, riding, and documenting the underground metro systems of NYC, DC, London, Singapore, and other cities. Utilizing photo montage and composite techniques, his goal is to unfold the cramped spaces beneath our feet into vistas half real and half imagined.

This image from a series called Sleepwalking in the Cascades, an ongoing project I've chipped away at over the last ten years. The work is all made during multi-day backpacking trips into my local mountain range. I'm fascinated with the alternate reality that we create for ourselves when we go into wild spaces, and the way we interact with nature and each other after a day or two in the backcountry. As public lands are increasingly threatened by the climate crisis and our current political climate, the scope of the project has started to come together. The work is shot entirely on black & white film because I believe that classic sense of wonder and curiosity is easier provoked in monochrome, with all the imperfections and surprises that only film can provide. I print in the darkroom because working with our hands is a dying past time, paralleling the threat to our wilderness areas. I'm drawn to candid shots of people in the documentary fashion, but also appreciate the classically composed landscape scene.

Dustin Riggs was born in Texas and grew up in central CA. After high school, he joined the Navy and landed in Washington. He found photography while exploring Seattle and its surrounding wilderness areas. He primarily works with black & white films, processing everything by hand and printing in the darkroom.

Dreamscapes and Constructed Realities is a series of imagined spaces, portals into the artist’s subconscious, where the weight of witnessing ongoing environmental trauma lingers. Constructing as a form of meditation, Parris blends cut-paper collage with photography to create intimate, surreal landscapes that explore how collective ecological grief seeps into our personal lives, shaping inner worlds as much as outer ones. Parris’ work invites viewers to confront both the beauty and the pressing realities of our planet’s current state, urging reflection on humanity’s role in its preservation or destruction.
Julia Parris is a multi-media artist and faculty of School of Visual Arts in New York City. Moving between cut-paper collage and photography, she constructs surreal, layered worlds that explore the subconscious and the global and personal impacts of climate change. Collaging as a form of meditation, Parris uses everyday objects and printed ephemera to create, re-contextualizing the familiar and mundane. Parris holds a BFA in Photography from Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island USA. Her work has been exhibited in the UK at Royal Photographic Society, and throughout the United States. In 2025 she was shortlisted for the Form Photo Award, and received Gold and Silver from Muse International Awards in 2025. Her work has been featured online and printed in publications.

Durée explores time not as a measurable sequence, but as a lived phenomenon shaped by perception, memory, and movement.
Rather than presenting a singular, instantaneous view, these photographs are constructed through successive acts of attention. Drawing from small, rapid movements of human vision, the images register perception as cumulative and fragmented. What appears at first as a unified panorama reveals subtle fractures, repetitions, and shifts in scale and light, echoing the way the brain stitches together reality over time.
In this work, photographic time is neither singular nor stable, but layered and subjective. The images invite slow looking and active engagement. Meaning emerges not solely from the photograph itself, but through the viewer’s movement across the visual field and their awareness of time passing in relation to the work.

Margo Geddes explores the intersections between human perception and the natural world, with particular attention to landscape, memory, and lived experience in place. Raised on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, Geddes has lived and worked throughout the western United States for the past three decades and now lives in Missoula, Montana.
She holds an MFA in Photography from the University of Oregon and an MA in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University. Geddes is the registrar at the Missoula Art Museum.

Vanishing Point (2025 - ongoing) examines the mechanics of photography through the use of a stereoscope and seven sterEocards. I collage images of my body and skin into three-dimensional geometric line drawings from the mid-1800s to destabilize the gaze on the female body. Each side of the manipulated sterocard has a different collage which, when viewed through the stereoscope, creates a dissonant virtual image. The representations of architectural space and form become a site in which the body can never be fully grasped

Lauren Bertelson (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist who examines vision, the female body, and the limitations of photographic representation through a combined photographic and sculptural practice. She is a recipient of the 2026 James Weinstein Memorial Fellowship and the 2022 SOURCE Grant. Bertelson is pursuing an MFA in photography at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (expected may 2026) and holds a BFA in Art Photography from Syracuse University. Her work has been exhibited at the Light Work, Ukranian Institute of Modern Art, Studio 1608, Target Gallery, and other locations across the US.

AYNOS Records is a collaborative archival project built around 28 vinyl records—one for each year of my mother’s incarceration.
The project brings together sound, photography, and printed materials to create a physical archive shaped by the people most affected by incarceration. Phone recordings of conversations between my mother and me are transferred to vinyl, alongside writings from women currently incarcerated with her. These recordings form the audio component of each record.
The visual component draws from family photographs, personal archives, and newly produced images. These photographs are printed and assembled as album artwork using traditional photographic printing and hand-assembled sleeve construction. Each record is housed in a custom sleeve that combines image, text, and sound into a single physical object.
The final works function both as playable vinyl records and as photographic artifacts. By using the format of a record album, the project builds an alternative archive rooted in family memory and lived experience.
The project is motivated by a central question: what would it look like to archive love with the same care that the prison system archives punishment? While carceral systems document people through case files and identification numbers, AYNOS Records constructs a different kind of record—one built through voices, photographs, and shared memory.
Roshaun Stephenson is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the relationship between memory, time, and the systems that attempt to record and define human lives. Working across photography, sound, and archival materials, he investigates how institutional records often reduce people to numbers while lived experience remains far more complex.
Drawing from personal history, family archives, and collaborative storytelling, Stephenson examines how relationships, identity, and love persist within structures such as incarceration and other systems of control. Through photographs, recorded conversations, and physical objects, he constructs alternative records that foreground memory and lived experience.
Stephenson served seventeen years in the United States Navy. He is currently completing his MFA in Photography, Media and Society at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

I am an artist creating staged photography of miniature scenes built with characters, props and sets that I source, alter, or fabricate by hand.
Dolls and miniature figures are my protagonists. Historically used across cultures as tools for psychological projection, I reclaim these objects as serious artistic instruments. By employing materials traditionally coded as feminine, I deliberately challenge hierarchies of gender and artistic value.
IN RESISTANCE: WOMEN OF A CERTAIN RAGE explores women's roles in resistance movements throughout Western society. My image Lee recreates David Scherman's iconic photograph of Lee Miller bathing in Hitler's tub, her boots still muddy from documenting the concentration camps at Buchenwald and Dachau. Miller's act, defiantly claiming space in the dictator's private sanctuary while carrying the evidence of his atrocities, embodies profound resistance.
Grace Weston creates narrative staged photography through meticulously crafted miniature tableaux. Her work explores psychological, political, and intersectional feminist themes with a distinctive conceptual and visual voice.
Weston was recently awarded First Place in All About Photo Magazine Issue #46 (2025). and longlisted for the 2024 BBA Photography Prize in Berlin. In 2023, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 photographers in Photolucida’s Critical Mass 2023 and received a solo exhibition at the Southeast Center for Photography in Greenville, South Carolina. She received First Place Overall Portfolio and Gold Winner Fine Art Portfolio at the 2021 Tokyo International Foto Awards
Her work has been shown throughout the United States and internationally in Paris, Madrid, Tokyo, Naples, Shanghai, including a solo presentation at the Center for Photography in Yekaterinburg, Russia (2021), and at Paci Contemprary in Brescia, Italy (2012). A solo online exhibition in All About Photo's Showroom garnered widespread recognition across professional photography publications in multiple languages.
Throughout her career spanning more than 27 years, Weston has earned numerous fellowships, grants, and awards supporting her continuing exploration of staged miniature tableaux.
